Adult Confirmation Class

Confirmation is a sacramental rite of deep joy and commitment. In it, candidates make a mature affirmation of faith, receiving strength from the Holy Spirit through prayer and the laying on of hands by a bishop (BCP, p. 860). For some, it is saying “yes” to baptismal vows made long ago; for others, it is Reception into the Episcopal Church or Reaffirmation of a renewed faith. Each is a powerful way of declaring: “Yes, Lord—I want to walk this road with you.”

Confirmation Sunday will be December 7, 2025 when The Rt. Rev. Angela Maria Cortiñas, Bishop Suffragan of West Texas, joins us to preach, celebrate, and lay hands in blessing.
