Episcopal 101
Curious about what it means to be part of the Episcopal Church or to make St. Nick’s your spiritual home?
Join us for Episcopal 101, a relaxed and engaging workshop open to everyone!
Whether you’re new to the Episcopal tradition, exploring membership, or preparing for Confirmation, this session will deepen your understanding of who we are, how we worship, and what it means to live out our faith together.
You’ll learn about the meaning of our liturgy (literally “the work of the people”), the rhythm of the church year, the sacraments, and how St. Nick’s seeks to follow Jesus through love, service, and community.
All are welcome—come learn, ask questions, and grow in faith.
This is also an opportunity for a make-up session for our youth and adult confirmation classes.
Confirmation Sunday will be December 7, 2025 when The Rt. Rev. Angela Maria Cortiñas, Bishop Suffragan of West Texas, joins us to preach, celebrate, and lay hands in blessing.
