First Baptisms at St. Nick’s

We had a joy filled worship on February 16th with the celebration and welcoming of three children into the family of God. Congratulations to baptismal candidates and their Mom and Dad!

Thank you to all who helped make the day so special! Thank you to the lunch and cake providers, the prayer and scripture card writers, the faith chest makers, musician, everyone who came to celebrate including our visitors, and to the kiddos that could not contain their joy!

At St. Nicholas we have new experiences happening all the time. We are basically 2 months old and every experience is new, full of transformation, a time of learning, and always steeped in prayer.

I pray we can all embrace the season of Lent and be curious about what God is doing in our lives as individuals and as a community of faith. May we have the courage to wonder and embrace all of our new experiences with joy and trust in the Lord.
